The PMC Engineer will be responsible for:
Technical review and verification of design documents and IFC workshop drawings.
Preparing project tender documents, BoQ, technical specifications, ITB/ITT procedures, and other documents required for tender/vendor pre-qualification processes.
Assessing multiple disciplines, in-situ construction work, and providing detailed reports.
Updating daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Conducting scheduled site visits and preparing relevant site inspection reports.
Ensuring construction performance by contractors aligns with design drawings and technical specifications.
Core Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, preferably in multi-national projects/enterprises.
Knowledge of concrete, composite, and steel high-rise structures (preferred).
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) and engineering tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.).
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
For male candidates, completed military service is required.
